Company Overview

  • SOMISOMI Franchise Inc is a franchise company established in 2016 that specializes in a take-out ice cream dessert cafe. Since its launch in 2016, we have 11 corporate/franchise stores. The company is fast-growing company and planning to open 6 more stores in this first half of the year.

Job Duties

  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with franchisees and employees via e-mail, phone, instant message

  • Assist in a variety of store works

  • Assist in a variety of administrative office duties including labeling, shipping, arranging office equipment, purchasing, and other general support

  • Follow-up if there is any problems at the store and customer complaints

  • Support additional tasks as assigned

 

  • REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bilingual in English & Korean (Fluent in Korean- both reading and speaking)

    • Good organizational and communication skills

    • Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, and Power Point

    • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

 

COMPENSATION

  • Starting $15/hr +  (based on experience)
